My Journey with Udacity

It's the first Success journey, My name is Tamer Abdel-Rahim. I started in the digital marketing field about 3 years ago. I worked freelancer with many clients. I used to work with them through my studies from online courses. I also got certificates from online courses in the field of SEO and the field of social media management. And God blessed me, and the work increased very much. After that, a private business was opened by opening a company in the field of digital marketing and continued working with the methods that I learned in the field of digital marketing, but development is faster than studying and scientific achievement.
With time, a problem appeared to me that the number of clients began to decrease slowly and without giving any reasons, then I found them contracting with another company that provides the same services that I was provided here. I had to pause with myself, what would let the customer leave the service provided through me without reasons and before Warning? Am I falling short in anything?
Through a logical analysis of events, I found that there is no clear plan presented to the customer or to apply the customer's point of view in marketing his services or products, and here a new question appeared How do I handle the lack of experience in planning and direct coordination with the customer to market his product?
